Weird Brothers Coffee was founded by Paul & Kenny Olsen – two really weird brothers who have had a life-long love affair with fresh roasted, quality coffee. The weird brothers are also helped out by their odd but awesome dad, Daryl Olsen.

As an Army veteran, Paul experienced many customs and cultures across the country and around the world. But it was a trip to Ethiopia and the ... more ient city of Harar that captured Paul’s imagination and fed his desire to share the world’s best coffees with family and friends.

One of the constant things in the brother’s lives has not only been exceptional coffee, but also unique personalities. Paul and Kenny constantly sought out the special, extraordinary – and yes, the weird – in life. Kenny was always the extrovert and gregarious brother, where Paul is the more thoughtful, reserved, but creative brother.

Kenny has also traveled extensively over the years working in many industries including coffee roasting and behind the counter as a barista. Sadly Kenny passed away soon after the Weird Brothers opened their coffee bar at the Roasting Factory. Paul and the family are keeping Kenny's spirit and legacy alive every day with every batch of fresh roasted beans and each carefully crafted coffee drink. less
